Cheese Ball

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ c. dairy sour cream
¼ c. butter, softened
2 Tbsp. finely chopped pimiento
1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tsp grated onion
⅓ c. finely chopped nuts
⅓ c. snipped parsley

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and butter , beat with electric mixer till fluffy. Stir in pimiento, 1 Tbsp parsley, and onion. Chill. Shape into a ball. Coat with nuts an ⅓ c. parsley.
 

Dilled Salmon Dip
Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 (7 3/4 oz) can salmon, drained, flaked and skin and bones removed.
1/4 tsp dried dill weed

Prepare per Cheese Ball Recipe except omit nuts and 1/3 c. parsley. Stir in the salmon and dillweed.
Cover; chill. Add milk if necessary to make of dipping consistency.
 

Swiss Cheese-Ham Spread
Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 cup shredded swiss cheese, at room temperature
1 (3 oz) can deviled ham
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Prepare as per cheese ball recipe except omit 1/3 c. parsley and nuts.

Combine swiss cheese, cheese ball mixture, deviled ham and mustard. Beat until almost smooth. Cover, Chill.
