¼ cup flour
¼ tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. lemon juice
5 tsp. corn oil
¼ cup chicken broth
2 tbsp. capers, drained
1 lb. chicken cutlets, pounded thin

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine flour, pepper, paprika on plate, and coat chicken.
2. Heat oil in a skillet, and add chicken. Cook about 3 minutes each side, and transfer to a heated platter.
3. Add chicken broth to skillet, scraping up browned bits at the bottom.
4. Stir in lemon juice and capers, and heat through.
5. Pour over chicken and serve.
