1 cup chocolate chips
2 TBSP butter
1- egg, beaten
1- cup icing sugar
2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup quartered maraschino cherries
1/2 cup chipped walnuts
Coconut for coating
Directions:
Directions:
Melt chips and butter over low heat. Remove from heat. Add beaten egg, icing sugar, marshmallows, well drained cherries and walnuts. Stir to it. Cool, form into roll. Sprinkle coconut over counter, coat roll in iconic. Wrap in wax paper and freeze. Slice thinly to serve
