3-4 lb. chuck roast (any roast)
5-6 med potatoes
3 carrots
2 stalks celery
2 lg. onions
1 lg. green bell pepper
1 can 15 oz tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
3 beef bullion cubes
1 c. water

Directions:
Cut roast in 4 pieces place in pot. Quarter the potatoes and add. Skin and cut carrots in 2” pieces and add. Dice celery in ½ inch pieces. Cut onions in half only place on top. Cut bell pepper in to 1-2 inch pieces. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, beef bullion cubes and water. Put lid on and pressure cook in electric pressure cooker. 1 hour. (In stove top pressure cooker w/ gauge. 15-20 psi for 1 hr
