1 lb. breakfast sausage
¼ c. vegetable oil.
⅓-½ c. flour
3 or 4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in skillet with a little oil if not grease enough. Add flour to a make a paste not to dry as it needs to be slightly liquidly. Heat on high for a minute. Stir add milk and stir continuously until thickens up. Then turn heat off and enjoy.
