2 21 oz cans apple pie filling
2 boxes Jiffy Golden Yellow Cake mix (9 oz. box) Only use this as others will not turn out
2 sticks butter or margarine melted
pecans or other nuts. optional

Directions:
Directions:
Spread apple pie filling in bottom of a 13 x 9 pan, sprinkle cake mix over apples, pat cake mix down over pie filling evenly. Pour melted butter over cake mix, add nuts if desired. Bake at 375º for 40-50 minutes, until golden brown & bubbly. Can be cut in half for a square pan. Start checking at 25 minutes If recipe is halved. Great warm with vanilla ice cream.
