6 c. cubed peeled potatoes
5 hard-boiled large eggs, chopped
2 tsp. spoons celery seed
½ c. chopped green onions
¾ c. mayonnaise (I use Dukes)
3 T. sweet relish
2 T. vinegar
2 T. sugar
1½ tsp. prepared mustard
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until tender, drain. Place in a large bowl, add eggs, celery seed and onions.
In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over potato mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
