1/4 cup of sugar
3 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups milk
3 egg yolks beaten
1- 7 ounce dark chocolate candy bar, melted
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
whipped cream grated chocolate for garnish.

Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauce pan, combine the sugar, cornstarch and salt. Stir in the milk until smooth. Cook over medium - high heat until thickened and bubbly. Reduce heat and cook stirring 2 minutes longer. Remove from heat. Stir a small amount of hot mixture into the egg yolks and then return all to the pan stirring constantly. Bring to a gentle boil, cook and stir another 2 minutes. Remove from heat, gradually whisk in chocolate and vanilla until smooth. Press plastic wrap over surface of the pudding and refrigerate. When ready to serve spoon into dessert dishes. Garnish with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
