2 TBsp butter
1 onion (optional)
4 c. hash browns (or peeled, cooked, cubed potatoes)
2 tsp seasoned salt
1 lb sausage
1/2 lb bacon
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
12 eggs (beaten)

Directions:
Grease or spray 9X13 pan. In a skillet, melt 2 TBsp butter, add onions and fry until opaque. Add hash browns to skillet, sprinkle with seasoned salt and brown. Put hash browns in the bottom of the 9X13 pan. Fry the sausage, drain, and sprinkle on top of the hash browns. Fry the bacon, drain and sprinkle on top of the sausage. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the bacon. Beat 12 eggs and pour on top of the cheese.

Cook 350º for 15 minutes or until eggs are set. You can also prepare a day ahead, and let set in fridge overnight. If you prepare before, add 10 minutes to the baking time.
