1 cup rice
2 cups water
2-3 TB oil
2 bouillon cubes
3 celery stalks, cut on diagonal
1 fresh tomato, chunked
1 green pepper, sliced
1 cup cooked meat or tuna

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet fry rice in oil until light brown. Add water and bouillon. Reduce heat to low and steam for 20 minutes.

Add all other ingredients and steam for 10 more minutes.
