Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs lean ground meat (I use ground sirloin)
1 medium onion
1 medium green pepper
1 can pinto beans
1 can ranch beans
1 can Mexi-corn
1 can Mexican tomatoes
1 can tomatoes & green chilis (Mild - Hot - to your taste)
1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
1 packet taco seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground meat, adding diced onion and green pepper if dicing. NOTE: If I am making this for the Mills boys, I will put the onion, green pepper, Mexican tomatoes, and tomatoes & green chilies in the blender/ninja so there is no evidence of chunks of vegetables of any kind. Add all the canned items and two packets. Add 2 - 3 tomatoes & green chili cans worth of water. I typically only do 2 cans as we like thicker soup, almost like stew or chili. The original recipe called for a can of tomato paste rather than the Mexican tomatoes. Simmer the mixture 30 minutes to an hour; garnish with grated cheese, tortilla strips, and sour cream.
