Ingredients:  
1 large unbaked pie crust

8 c. thinly sliced tart apples
⅓ c. sugar
¼ c. flour
½ tsp. cinnamon
Dash of salt

Topping:
1 c. flour
½ c. brown sugar
½ c. firm butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon & salt. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
For topping blend together flour, brown sugar and butter. Sprinkle over top of apples.
Bake at 350º for 40 - 50 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
NOTE: Cover topping with foil during last 15 minutes to prevent excessive browning.
