1-2 lbs Med-Large Shrimp peeled
3-5 cloves Garlic chopped
1 stick of Butter
Olive Oil
Basil
Tarragon
Gorgonzola Cheese, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and couple dashes of Olive oil in large saute pan. Add Garlic saute briefly. Add Shrimp saute until cooked approximately 3/4 done. While sauteing add Tarragon to taste.

Pour entire contents of the pan into baking dish. Cover entire with Gorgonzola Cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 375º until cheese is melted and slightly Browned. Remove from oven, sprinkle Basil on top. Serve immediately with toothpicks/forks and small plates on the side

Great Appetizer. Easy to make and hard to mess up.
