1-10 oz. can white sauce(Mrs. Penny’s)
1-3˝ oz. can diced green chilies
12 oz. Monterey or Pepper Jack cheese, cubed
1-8 oz. jar hot chunky salsa
Tortilla chips or Baguette bread

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan, on medium heat combine white sauce and chilies, heat until boiling. Add salsa, reduce heat to med-low, add cheese and stir until melted. heat through and serve. Keep heated in small crock pot.
Serve with corn or tortilla chips or baguette bread. Makes 8 servings.
