2 lbs Crabmeat
3 Cream Cheese, 8 oz Packages
4-5 Large cloves garlic (roasted if possible)
3/4 pt Sour cream
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 Lime or lemon (juice)
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dry mustard
3/4 c Cheddar/Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
Old Bay Seasoning

Preheat oven to 350º

Using roasted garlic is best but if not available chopped will work. *See below for roasting instructions

Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Mix all ingredients except 1/2 of the cheddar/jack cheese. Add old bay to your taste preference. Put entire mixture in baking dish. Spread remaining cheese across entire dish and sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning

Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes

Serve with crusty bread and or your favorite cracker. Everything tastes great when it sits on a Ritz!

*Roasting garlic- Spread garlic on aluminum foil & sprinkle with olive oil. Gather up the foil and bake for at 350º for 45 minutes.

Great appetizer to prepare the night before keep in the fridge then reheat to serve or take to a friends party.
