3-4 chicken breasts
½ cup flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
¼ tsp. pepper
½ cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º F.

Mix flour, salt, paprika & pepper in a pie plate.

Melt 1/4 cup of the butter in the bottom of a baking dish.

Dredge the chicken in flour mixture and lay out in baking dish.

Cut rest of the butter on top of the chicken.

Bake for 15 minutes, then turn chicken and bake 15 minutes more or until juices run clear.
