4 lb. squash
3 cups chicken broth
½ cup heavy cream
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
⅛ tsp. cayenne pepper
½ tsp ground ginger
2 tsp. curry or turmeric
1 large apple, peeled and diced
1 clove garlic
1 large onion
¼ cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the squash. Blend with the chicken broth, cream, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, ginger and curry or turmeric.

Saute the apple, garlic, and onion in the butter, until onion is clear and translucent.

Blend all ingredients together. Enjoy.
