6 or 8 pork chops
4 c. bread, diced
3 T. diced onions
½ c. diced celery
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ c. melted oleo
2 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread, onion, celery, salt & pepper. Beat eggs. Add eggs & melted oleo. Add enough hot milk or water to moisten thoroughly. Lay 3 or 4 pork chops in greased baking dish. Put stuffing over pork chops. Lay the rest of pork chops on top. (I spread a can of mushroom soup over top of pork chops). Season meat as desired. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
