1 lb. beef sirloin
⅓ c. flour
1 tsp. salt
c. oleo
1 c. chopped onion
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sliced mushrooms, not drained
1 c. sour cream




Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into inch strips. Mix flour & salt. Dredge meat in mixture. Melt butter in heavy fry pan. Add meat & onions. Brown meat on all sides. Add soup & mushrooms, stir. Cover & cook until tender, 45 - 65 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat but do not boil. Serve over noodles or rice.
