2 c. boiling water
½ c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
¼ c. margarine

2 eggs, beaten

2 packages of yeast
¼ c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar

8 c. flour, mix well
Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl mix into boiling water the sugar, salt & margarine until blended. Let cool.
Add beaten eggs to mixture
In separate bowl dissolve packages of yeast & sugar in ¼ c. warm water.
Add to previous mixture
Add 8 cups of flour & mix well.

Cover bowl & let dough rise until double
Shape into rolls & place in greased pan.
Let rise again
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven & brush with butter.
