Ingredients:  
1 Large bag of spinach
8 slices of bacon, crumbled
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 can of bean sprouts or chestnuts (optional)

Dressing:
1 c. salad oil
⅓ c. catsup
¾ c. sugar
¼ c. vinegar
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 medium onion
½ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix spinach, bacon, eggs & bean sprouts together.

Dressing:
Mix together in blender the salad oil, catsup, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, onion & salt until completely blended. Pour over salad right before serving.

NOTE: This dressing can also be used for other salads!!
