1 lb. Pork sausage
3/4 cup minced onion
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
Butter
1 loaf white bread
1 1/2 tsp. Sage
1 tsp. Thyme
1/2 tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage, onion and celery until meat is brown and onion is clear.

Drain fat into cup and add enough margarine to measure 1 cup.

Stir butter mixture and 2 cups cubed bread into meat. Put rest of ingredients into bowl and toss.

Put into a casserole dish. Lay thin slices of butter over top. Pour 3/4 cup water around edge.

Bake in 350º for 1/2 hour. Halfway through, stir.
