Onion
butter
olive oil
Arborio rice
white wine
2 cubes chicken bouillon
1 tsp. saffron
water
cream
parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion until transparent in butter and olive oil. Add rice and stir to brown slightly. Cover with white wine and stir until liquid is absorbed. Dissolve 2 cubes of bouillon with saffron in 1 liter of warm water. Add to rice a little at a time until all is absorbed - keep stirring (approx. 20 minutes). Add a little cream and parmesan just before ready to serve.
