2 tbsp. Fat
1 lb Ground beef
1/2 cup Chopped onion
1/2 c Diced celery
1/4 Chopped green pepper
1 Clove garlic
1/4 c Chili sauce
1/4 c Catsup
1 c Water
1 tsp Salt
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp Vinegar
2 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tsp Dry mustard
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Chili powder
1 tbsp Chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
400º to brown about 220º to finish. Preheat electric fry pan.  When the light goes out, add fat, melt when hot, add meat, onions and celery.  Cover and brown mixture, stirring frequently.  Spoon off excess fat. 

Combine remaining ingredients except for parsley.  Mix well, simmer 30 min.  Stirring occasionally. 
Garnish with parsley.
