1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tsp salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and salt in a medium bowl. Add eggs milk and oil. Beat 2 minutes. Grease bottom of an 8 x8 inch pan with butter or beef drippings. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake 450 º for 20 -25 minutes. (this will puff up while baking)

This used to be made in the pan with roast beef. Now I have made it in the pan after I took the beef roast out to rest. Andy really likes this with the beef drippings and some of the juices cooked in it.
