5 tablespoons of sugar
4 teaspoons cinnamon
5 apples (peeled, cored, and sliced)
4 extra large eggs
2 cups of sugar
3/4 cup of canola oil
1/2 cup of fresh squeezed orange juice
2-1/2 teaspoons of vanilla
3 cups of flour
3 teaspoons of baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine sugar, cinnamon and apples and set aside.

Beat eggs, add sugar, oil, orange juice, vanilla and beat. Add in flour.

Grease angel food cake pan with butter.

Add one-half of batter to pan, then add the apples, then the rest of the batter.

Cook for 1 hour, 15 minutes. Test with cake tester.
