Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 LB of confectioner's sugar
2 sticks of butter, melted
1 cup of Graham cracker crumbs
1 cup of peanut butter (crunchy or creamy)
1 12 oz pkg of semi sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp cooking oil
1 tsp food grade wax

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, butter, crumbs and peanut butter together in a large bowl. Allow to cool slightly and then roll into 1 inch balls and place on waxed or parchment paper until set, about 1/2 hour.
Melt the chocolate, oil and wax in the top of a double boiler over low heat or you can use the microwave stirring every 30 seconds for 1 minute and then stirring every 15 seconds until the chocolate melts. Keep stirring until the wax melts. Just don't overheat the chocolate in an attempt to melt the wax or it will set up. Once the chocolate is melted dip each ball in the chocolate and return to the waxed paper chocolate side up. You can use a toothpick to spear the bottom of the ball dip the top half in chocolate and return to waxed paper.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is the no-bake recipe that I made for a Double Edge cookie contest and it won. Of course the kids did the choosing by voting on their favorite and this is right up a teen's alley. Peanut butter and chocolate and very sweet concentrated flavor. Really more like a truffle than a cookie.
