3 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
4 Tbsp. cornmeal
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat the eggs.

2. Mix sugar and cornmeal. Add mixture to eggs.

3. Add milk and softened butter. Blend thoroughly.

4. Add Vanilla. Mix all thoroughly. Pour mixture into a 9" unbaked pie shell and cook in a 350º oven for 45 minutes or until pierced with a knife comes out clean.

5. Can add coconut on top before baking.
