Ingredients:

½ lb (12) lasagna noodles
¾ lb cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 lb mozzerela cheese
1 T. grated parmesean cheese
1½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

Sauce:
1 large onion, chopped
1 large can tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
4 T. oil
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 lb ground beef

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, rinse off fat in colander, add onion, sauté. Drain tomatoes and add to beef. Add tomato paste. Simmer 30 minutes, until slightly thick. Add salt and pepper.

Boil lasagna with 2 Tbl oil and salt. (Do not drain)

Mix eggs & cottage cheese, salt & pepper. Grease 9x13 pan. Arrange noodles, cottage cheese, sauce, mozzarella cheese in layers. Sprinkle with parmesan until all is used.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
