1 jar Cherith Valley corn relish (get at Market Street)
16 oz. sour cream
2 cups shredded Cheddar or Colby/Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix relish, sour cream and cheese in medium bowl.

2. Chill for about 1 hour before serving with your favorite chips or crackers.
