5 slices rye bread
3/4 lb. thinly sliced corned beef
1 cup rinsed and drained sauerkraut
3/4cup dill pickles, chopped
4 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 11 x 7pan. Cut three pieces of bread into cubes and line pan with them
Cover with 1/2 corned beef. Make additional layers as; sauerkraut, pickles, 2 cups cheese, and remaining beef. Beat the eggs, milk, mustard and dressing. Pour over cassarole. Preheat 350.
Make fresh bread crumbs with remaining 2 slices, sprinkle over cassarole and bake for 40 min.
