2/3 cup extra chunky peanut butter
1 - 14 oz. can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup Ghirardelli chocolate chips (I use milk chocolate, but you can use semi sweet or half and half)

1. Line an 8" baking pan with foil.

2. Place peanut butter and 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Stir ingredients until well mixed. Microwave on high 2 1/2 minutes. Stir; microwave an additional 30 seconds. Stir in 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Spread mixture in prepared pan, pressing into an even layer with fingers.

3. Place remaining sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips in a medium microwave-safe bowl and stir until well mixed. Microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes. Add remaining 1/2 tsp. vanilla; stir until smooth. Pour chocolate mixture over peanut butter mixture; spread with a small spatula. Chill until firm. Cut into small rectangular pieces. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
