2 cups sugar
1½ cups oil
4 eggs
1½ cups pureed pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 tsp. soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix and bake at 350º for 1 hour.

ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese
½ box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
½ stick of butter
crushed pecans or halves (if desired)

Mix icing above, spread on cooled cake. Add pecans if desired.
