6 cups thinly sliced granny smith apples
1 tbsp. lemon juice
¾ cup sugar
2 tbsp. flour
½ tsp. cinnamon
⅛ tsp. nutmeg
2 refrigerated pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Take one of the rolled pie crusts and line the bottom of a round baking dish. Pour the apple mixture into the pan. Take the other rolled pie crust and spread across the mixture. You can brush the top of the crust with milk and cinnamon. Make a few slits in the top to vent. Bake at 375º for 1 hour or until golden brown.
