2 cups sugar
1 stick butter
½ cup cream
3 tbsp. peanut butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 cups oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar, butter and cream (not milk) to a full boil on medium heat. Boil 1 ½ minutes. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, cocoa, vanilla and oatmeal. Mix well and spoon onto wax paper and cool 30 minutes. Makes 24 medium cookies.
