1 lb Spaghetti
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 lb Ground beef
1 Small onion, diced
28 oz Can crushed tomatoes
1 tsp Basil, dried
½ tsp Oregano, dried
½ tsp Parsley, dried
½ tsp Red pepper flakes, crushed
½ c Sour cream
½ c Whipped cream cheese
½ c Cheddar cheese, shredded
½ c Monterey jack cheese, shredded
2 tbsp Parsley, fresh, chopped

Lightly spray, or butter, 9 x 13 baking dish

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package directions (al dente), drain well

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and onion and cook about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the beef as it cooks, season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain excess fat

Stir in crushed tomatoes, basil, oregano, parsley and red pepper flakes, season with salt and pepper to taste

Whisk together in a small bowl the cream cheese and sour cream

Add pasta to the prepared baking dish, layer with cream cheese and beef mixture, sprinkle with cheeses
and bake at 350º for about 15-20 minutes

Serve immediately, garnish with parsley
