Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 lbs. ground beef
1 cup oatmeal
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 cup saltine cracker crumbs
½ cup chopped onions
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chili powder
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. pepper

SAUCE:
2 cups ketchup
½ tsp. liquid smoke
¼ cup chopped onion
1 cup brown sugar
½ tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
MEATBALLS: Preheat oven to 350º. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into walnut sized balls, and place in a 13 x 9 x 2" baking pan. Pour sauce over meatballs and bake for 1 hour. This makes about 70 - 80 meatballs depending on how big you roll them. You can, of course, make all of them at one time, but if you don't want or need that many, just bake the amount you want and freeze the rest. Lay the meatballs out on a baking sheet in a single layer and freeze. Once frozen, place them in a freezer bag or bags, and they shouldn't stick together. When you are ready to bake more meatballs, make another batch of sauce and bake. Add a few more minutes to the baking time when they are from freezer.

SAUCE: In a bowl, stir together all ingredients until sugar is dissolved.
