1 (6 oz.) package milk chocolate chips
2 T. margarine or butter
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 T. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy saucepan, over medium heat, melt chips & margarine with condensed milk, water & vanilla. Cook & stir constantly until thickened, about 5 minutes. Serve warm over ice cream. Refrigerate leftovers.

To Reheat:
In a small heavy saucepan, combine desired amount of sauce with small amount of water. Over low heat, stir constantly until heated through.
Microwave:
In 1 quart glass measure, combine ingredients. Cook on 100% power (High) 3 - 3½ minutes stirring after each minute.
