2 T. oil
2 T. white vinegar
½ c. sugar
½ tsp. caraway seed (optional)
¼ c. water
4 c. shredded cabbage (about ½ head or can use ready made cole slaw)

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet over medium mix together oil, vinegar, sugar caraway seed & water. Stirring constantly till adding cabbage. Stir to coat cabbage then turn down to low heat. Cover & simmer 20 minutes.
Serve hot - a good side dish
Serve cold - cole slaw
