1 (8 oz.) package corn muffin mix
1 lb. ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
1 (14½ or 16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained
4 oz. shredded taco cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare muffin mix as on package and pour into greased 8"x8" pan. Let stand while preparing the meat. Brown beef and drain off the grease. Add seasoning mix & tomatoes. Cook 5 minutes, then spoon on top of muffin mix batter. Top with the taco cheese & bake at 400º for 25 minutes.
