2 c. white sugar
1 c. shortening
3 eggs
Vanilla
1 package butterscotch chips
2 c. raisins
1½ c. water
3 c. oatmeal
3 c. flour
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar, shortening, eggs, vanilla & butterscotch chips. Cook raisins for 12 - 15 minutes in 1½ c. water then let cool. Add to the above mix. Add oatmeal. Sift together flour, salt, baking powder & baking soda. Mix with the other mixture. Drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheet. If mix is to thick then add a little water. Bake at 350º half way up in oven for 13 minutes.
