Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

½ c warm water (somewhere between 95ºF and 115ºF)
2 pkg dry yeast
2 tbsp sugar
3½ oz pkg Instant Vanilla Pudding mix
½ c butter, melted
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
6 c flour
1 c butter, softened
2 c brown sugar
4 tsp cinnamon

Cream Cheese Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese
½ c margarine
1 tsp vanilla
3 c confectioner's sugar
1 tbsp milk

Make Frosting:
1. Mix all ingredients until smooth.

Make Rolls:
2. In a bowl combine water, yeast, and sugar. Stir until dissolved. Set aside
3. In large bowl, prepare pudding mix according to package directions.
4. Add butter, eggs, and salt. Mix well.
5. Add yeast mixture. Blend.
6. Gradually add flour; knead until smooth. Place in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled.
7. Punch down dough and let rise again.
8. Roll out on floured board to 34x21-inch size.
9. Spread softened butter over surface.
10. In bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
11. Sprinkle over top. Roll up very tightly.
12. With knife, cut every two inches.
13. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet 2-in apart.
14. Lightly press down on each roll with hand.
15. Cover and let rise until double again.
16. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes. Remove when they start to turn golden. DON'T OVER BAKE
17. Frost warm rolls with Cream Cheese Frosting.
