2 boxes white cake mix
4 eggs
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
3 drops each red and green food coloring
1 bag M&M’S® Brand Holiday Milk Chocolate Candies
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Use a mixer to combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in a medium-sized bowl.
Add peppermint extract, mix well.
Divide batter into two portions in separate bowls. Add red food coloring to one and green to the other.
Add M&M’S® Brand Holiday Milk Chocolate Candies to each bowl of batter, stir to combine.
Roll a Tablespoon of batter into a ball, cover in powdered sugar, and lay out on prepared cookie sheet. Continue with the rest of the batter.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until solid in the center. To get the distinct “crinkle cookie” look, lightly flatten with the back of a spoon halfway through baking.
Allow to cool & enjoy!
