Wet ingredients:
2 flax eggs (2 tbsp. ground flax and 6 tbsp. water, set for 15 minutes)
2 tbsp. melted coconut oil
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. natural, unsalted creamy almond butter
2 tbsp. coconut sugar
2 tbsp. molasses
Dry ingredients:
1/4 cup gluten free rolled oats
1/4 cup gluten free oat flour
1-1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt.
Add in Ingredients
1/4 c dried cranberries, roughly chopped
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
Optional Topping
1 tbsp. dried cranberries, chopped
1 tbsp. pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line an 8" square baking pan with parchment paper or greased foil. In a large bowl, whisk together all of the wet ingredients. Whisk. Add dry ingredients and whisk until difficult to stir. Use a spatula and fold in the cranberries, pecans and walnuts.
Pour into the prepared pan and smooth out with the spatula. Added the optional ingredients if desired.

Bake for 22-28 minutes. It's finished when the edges are browned. Cool for one hour and cut into squares.
