8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 1/2 oz. dried beef
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, but the last three on list into a 8 inch pie plate and spread out.
Brown pecans in butter and salt, sprinkle around the top of mixture.
Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve with wheat thins
