1/2 C Onion
1/4 C Celery
1/4 C Carrots
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp Thyme
1/4 tsp Sage
1/4 C Lemon juice
1 Chicken, boiled with the above ingredients, boned and cut into 1" pieces
1 C Biscuit mix
1/2 C Milk
2 T Salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Boil your chicken in 2 C of water, lemon juice and the vegetables, season to taste. When chicken is cooked through, remove from pot, bone and cut up; return the chicken to pot but do not stir in. Stir together the biscuit mix, milk, and oil. Drop by teaspoons onto the chicken trying to miss the liquid. Once all dough has been dropped, cover with lid, reduce heat to low and simmer for 12-15 minutes. If there isn't enough liquid, add chicken broth 1 C at a time.
