2 C Sugar
1 C Brown sugar
1 C White corn syrup
1 1/2 C Water
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
2 C Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pan at low heat melt the sugars, syrup, and salt into the water, when the sugar is dissolved turn the heat to medium, and cook until the temperature on a candy thermometer reaches 238º, or reaches a soft ball stage. Remove from heat and add the pecans and vanilla, stirring thoroughly.

Drop by teaspoons onto parchment paper. Let set for 15-30 minutes before serving.

Option: Can dip in melted chocolate if desired.
