2 cups cooked rice
2 cups steamed chopped broccoli (I often add more broccoli)
8 oz cheese whiz
1 can cream of mushroom
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped celery
1 can of water
1 stick of butter
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee’ onion and celery in ½ of butter until soft. Mix onion, celery, cooked rice, steamed broccoli, cheese whiz, cream of mushroom, water, remaining butter, salt and pepper to taste in a pot. Heat until butter is melted. Pour mixture into 13 x 9 greased pan. Cook covered at 350 for 30 minutes or until edges or bubbly.
