1 cup uncooked long-grain rice
1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
¼ tsp dried thyme
¼ tsp dried crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp beef bouillon granules
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp green bellpepper flakes
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp dried minced onion
1 bay leaf
1 (8 ounce) can of tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Bring Jambalaya mix, 3 cups of water and tomato sauce to boil in Dutch oven. Stir in 1 cup of cooked chicken and smoked sausage. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Remove and discard Bay leaf
