½ C margarine
½ C oil
1 ¾ C sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
½ C sour milk
1 ½ C flour
4 T cocoa
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp cloves
2 C zucchini, finely diced
¼ C chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Beat well. Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Stir in zucchini. Spoon into greased tube pan. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips.
Bake for 45 minutes at 325º
